Is there a change in the perception of the role of the human mind in everyday life?

The Industrial Revolution reduced the need for manual labor. As a researcher in the application of AI to global business, I can’t help but wonder whether it will catalyze a cognitive revolution, eliminating the need for some cognitive functions, changing the way students, workers, and creative people write, design, and make decisions.
