A man who came across a worrying setting while strolling through woodland has sought out opinions on social media. Posting on Reddit, he uploaded numerous images of what looked to be a deserted improvised campsite, together with a damaged tent and various discarded objects strewn about.
Potentially the most noticeable feature of the discovery was a malevolent devil-like mask, whilst containers of lighter fluid, an adjustable spanner, adhesive tape, and a trimming tool were similarly scattered across the ground. The post, entitled “Found walking in the woods (UK)’, triggered extensive conjecture amongst fellow Reddit participants. “Clearly a homeless camp,” one person remarked, after spotting a lamp still suspended from the tent’s canopy.
