On July 13, 2024, a personal exhibition was held by professional and talented makeup artist and beauty expert Liubov Trif, where she showcased photo portraits of her works, previously gracing the covers and pages of several renowned fashion and beauty magazines. The event took place at 8311 N Idaho, Newman Lake, Spokane, Washington State, USA.
The event turned into a true celebration of beauty and craftsmanship. Guests who attended the exhibition received an unforgettable boost of positive energy and gained essential knowledge and skills in applying trendy daytime makeup.
The exhibition featured the artist’s unique works, ranging from delicate looks to creative approaches. Notably, each of the works has its own unique story and is dedicated to the extraordinary beauty of women and their boundless inner world. For instance, in the image captured in the photo portrait “Shy Bride”, the makeup artist wanted to show that brides can be different. It’s not necessary to have a veil and a lavish floor-length dress. Every bride is beautiful and charming in her own way. According to the author, the chosen makeup option suits not only a more reserved look but also a festive one. Just a slight change in hairstyle can give it a completely different appeal. The makeup expert believes the artist skillfully applied the baking technique to achieve a perfectly even and matte skin tone. To avoid overloading the look with drawn eyeliner, she used lashes of different sizes, forming them into small wings. An interesting touch was the subtle lavender accent on the lower eyelid and the use of lavender eyeliner on the waterline, which gave the contour an amazing lightness.
The image of the girl in the photo portrait “Spring” is associated with nature. No matter how much it is suppressed, it will continue to share its beauty and inspire us. The idea for the look came spontaneously. On her way to work, Liubov Trif noticed spring flowers being sold by an elderly lady on the street. These were beautiful, freshly cut wildflowers with an incredibly delicate and refined scent. The artist couldn’t pass by and bought all the flowers in the bucket. A model was found quickly, and another masterpiece didn’t take long to create. Assessing this work, the makeup expert convincingly stated: “One can endlessly admire a picture where small colorful flowers, resembling butterflies, became great sources of inspiration for creativity.”
Liubov Trif not only showcased her works, demonstrating the world of beauty in makeup, but also conducted a master class on trendy daytime makeup for the exhibition guests. She chose this makeup look for the demonstration because it is always relevant, and almost every woman wants to learn this technique. The artist used fairly simple techniques for applying each product, focusing on universal facial sculpting points. She also talked about important stages of makeup application and then showed how to create a light bob hairstyle using 25 mm curling irons and hair styling products.
The presented daytime makeup and hairstyle are highly sought after in 2024 and suit any outfit. This look, which doesn’t require much time and effort to create, helps any woman at any age and at any time of the year look stunning all day long.
The exhibition was a breeze. The venue, visited by many guests, was lively and filled with a friendly atmosphere. Guests could see firsthand that successful makeup and hairstyle can give anyone a unique look and express their individuality. They also enjoyed a buffet, drinks, and pleasant conversations with each other.
Moreover, the event provided a significant professional boost for the host, Liubov Trif, which will allow her to significantly expand her client base and bring her dream of opening her own beauty salon in America closer in the near future. And how can one not quote the wonderful words of former First Lady of the United States Eleanor Roosevelt: “The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams”.
