Noel Roblero Mazariegos, 51, was apprehended by personnel from the West Palm Beach Police Department and transported to the Palm Beach County Jail following reports of a prowler and a peeping Tom.
He purportedly was concealed behind foliage, observing women at a pool during a bachelorette party with his pants lowered. One of the women informed authorities that when she approached him and requested him to depart, he responded by exposing himself once more.
This individual clearly fails to grasp the principles by which we live to maintain a reasonably civilized society. He arrives uninvited, conceals himself in the bushes, and persists in his indecent displays.

As if it were even a question, the women whose bachelorette pool party was spoiled by the man in the bushes reportedly informed investigators they wished to press charges.
Officers located Mazariegos, who matched the description of the madman concealed in the bushes, in the vicinity, according to the probable cause affidavit.
