NASA Releases 9 Stunning X-Ray Images of Space: Space Photo of the Week

NASA has released a collection of nine new images created by the Chandra X-ray Observatory using the Hubble and JWST telescopes.

This new series of images from NASA's Chandra Space Telescope, which was launched in 1999, shows what different objects in space look like through X-ray vision.

While the Hubble Space Telescope captures images of space primarily in visible light, and the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) uses infrared light beyond the range of human perception, Chandra focuses exclusively on high-energy X-ray light.

Thus, each of these space telescopes perceives the Universe through a specific part of the electromagnetic spectrum, and their joint work allows researchers to study the cosmos in more detail.
