SpaceX reached a historic milestone Thursday with its 30th launch of a Falcon 9 reusable booster (B1067) from Kennedy Space Center.
The Starlink 10-11 mission successfully placed 28 more internet satellites into low Earth orbit, adding to the more than 1,800 satellites deployed in 74 launches through 2025.
The first stage of the rocket completed its 30th landing on a sea platform – the SpaceX drone “Lack of Gravity” received it 8.5 minutes after liftoff.
During its operational history, B1067 has participated in 18 Starlink satellite launches, two manned missions, and two resupply missions to the International Space Station.
The same booster provided the landmark 500th launch of the Falcon 9 launch vehicle on July 2.
