What are electronic love rings?

Modern progress has even reached a phenomenon seemingly inaccessible to electronic technology: the sensual relationship between a man and a woman. Some truly unusual rings have been created for couples in love. What's so remarkable about them?

In the old days, emotional attraction was expressed through letters or in person. Then came the telephone, making it possible to communicate more effectively—by listening to someone's excited breathing. Then came webcams with apps, like additional devices worn on the palm of your hand, allowing you to feel the tactile touch of someone of the opposite sex on your body.

And here is the latest super miracle – electronic rings that transmit heartbeats over a distance.

They were invented in the West in 2017. Until a certain point, the entire “inside” was kept a closely guarded secret. The idea itself was not only original but also highly sought after by a significant portion of humanity. Of course, some technical details gradually leaked into the media, but they were indistinguishable from the operating principles. It's conceivable that the “leaks” were deliberately orchestrated for free publicity.

What are these rings? They truly look like very unique finger rings. They come in dark or gold. The dark ring is made of stainless steel and sapphire crystal. The more expensive gold ring is made of so-called rose gold. The sizes correspond to the concept of a wide, slightly convex jewelry ring. The smart ring can perform multiple functions.

The Touch's production specialists incorporated over a hundred different components—the latest advances in technology—into this electronic jewelry piece. Of course, they're tiny, visible only with a powerful magnifying glass. This is directly related to the size of the ring itself, dubbed the HB Ring: it's 3.9 mm thick and 12.1 mm wide.

The “smart” ring is striking in the complexity of its design:
– it has a touch sensor that detects your pulse on your finger;
– several other ultra-miniature parts (there are more than 80 of them!);
– device for connecting the ring to Bluetooth;
– built-in rechargeable battery.

In standby mode, the battery lasts for 14 hours of continuous active use of the electronic device, transmitting, and 160 hours of standby time. Recharging occurs when the ring is removed from the finger and placed in a special box containing the wireless charging system. Incidentally, the ring is sold in this very box, styled to resemble an expensive jewelry case.

For a virtual meeting with heartbeat monitoring, two rings are required. They are connected by tapping your smartphone during a call. From there, everything is handled by software. The steel rings come with a two-year manufacturer's warranty, while the gold ones come with a 10-year warranty. Prices for a pair are $599 and $2,990.

Interestingly, you can hear your loved one's heartbeat on your smartphone in real time and at any distance from them.

In short, the gift is not only original, but also very interesting, precisely because it is ultra-modern for the 21st century.
