What to choose as a talisman for your zodiac sign.

As is “well-known,” amulets and talismans possess magical properties and can ensure many beneficial events in life. To ensure they serve faithfully and help their owner direct the river of life in the right direction, they should always be kept on hand and not lent to anyone.

Not everyone knows the difference between them. An amulet is, like a cat, a thing unto itself. If it works, it does so regardless of the owner's personality. It protects against the evil eye, brings good luck, attracts money, or casts a love spell, completely disregarding whose interests it serves.

A talisman is a completely different matter. It is closely linked to the owner's personality, capable of activating their strengths and mitigating their weaknesses. It's immediately clear that for an individualist, a talisman won't work until it acknowledges the owner's personality, is charged with their energy, and perhaps even becomes a part of them.

To make this happen, you need to perform a certain ritual. Wrap the talisman in a cloth and place it in a secluded place. Let it “sit” alone. To ensure it doesn't forget you, visit the “recluse” daily and hold it in your arms for a few minutes. You can even have a conversation. It's advisable to hold the meeting at the same time every day. Within a week, the talisman will recognize you and work like a charm.

A tamed talisman can be worn on the body, placed in a purse or pocket, wrapped in cloth, but not black. In particularly emotional moments—fear, anxiety, doubt, the need to make a choice, etc.—touch it and ask for its help.

It's logical to assume that if a talisman is individual, then different objects will serve this purpose for different people. Our individuality depends on the stars, and therefore on our zodiac sign. So what is most effective for a specific sign?

For Sagittarius, the scarab symbolizes resurrection or the birth of new life, fidelity, and longevity among the ancient Egyptians. This talisman will instill confidence and facilitate reconciliation after a quarrel. Don't expect it to solve all your problems, but Sagittarius won't be left without the help of Khepri, as the Egyptians called the scarab.

When planning a new endeavor, be sure to ask the hardworking beetle for help in overcoming difficulties. The talisman won't lead to victory, but it will certainly provide assistance if your plans are clearly defined.

For Capricorn, the turtle is a symbol. An immortal animal, always with plenty of time to spare. The turtle's world is contained within its shell, symbolizing the firmament. Touch it if you feel your endurance and composure are failing you.

To “bewitch” your loved one, write their name on a piece of paper and place it under the turtle overnight. Sleep soundly, your “sweetheart” won't go anywhere.

For Aquarius, this is an angel. It sharpens intuition and allows for easy resolution of complex relationships. Talk to your talisman often, but don't burden them with trivial matters. The assistant's skills are best demonstrated in remote communication: through correspondence, phone calls, and (oh, the call of the times!) conversations in chat rooms, forums, and on ICQ.

If you're expecting important news, place an angel figurine on the table and ask for help. Light a thin candle. The number of drops of wax that roll off the candle in five minutes is the number of days you'll have to wait for news.

For Pisces – a shell. A symbol of motherhood and sexuality, a shell will bring peace and joy, and arouse desire. In times of sadness, press a shell to your stomach. It will definitely bring relief.

If your loved one lacks passion, take a hair of theirs in the evening, place it in a sink, and soak it in warm lavender oil. Wait until the morning; you'll definitely notice a change in their behavior.

For Aries, it's gold. A ring, a bar, a coin, or a nugget—it doesn't matter, as long as it's gold. A talisman will help you focus your mental and physical strength in difficult times; all you have to do is touch this precious helper.

If you're struggling with a problem you can't seem to find a solution for, lie on your back and place the talisman between your eyebrows. Ask a question, relax, and calm down. Soon, inspiration will strike.

For Taurus, it's an elephant. A small figurine of this gigantic animal protects against the machinations of ill-wishers and bestows wisdom and prudence. With such a friend, it's easier to make informed decisions. A plush children's toy or a small figurine made of almost any material would make a suitable talisman. However, ivory is clearly too much.

On the new moon, on the eve of important events, whisper your request to the talisman and leave it alone until the following morning. This ritual will come in handy before competitions and exams.

For Geminis, it's a key. As we know, the right key can open any door. It can also close it, protecting you from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and irritating worries. Carry the talisman in your bag or pocket, and if you find yourself in a bind, hold it in your right hand. To mobilize your talents, rub the key between your palms until you feel its warmth.

A key can easily replace a daisy. Mark one side of the talisman and hang it overnight on a string over a photograph or note with your loved one's name. If the key turns by morning, it means the doors are open, you are welcomed, and loved.

For Cancer, it's the moon. The night light heightens the senses and brings inspiration and love. A silver crescent moon pendant will be as useful as a round yellow coin, symbolizing the full moon.

Place the talisman under your pillow on Friday before bed. In a few days, you'll hear from the person you're thinking about. You'll have to wait as many days as there are letters in their name. Certainly no more.

For Leo, the star symbolizes order and progress toward success. This talisman will guide your destiny, allow you to anticipate the future, and sharpen your intuition. Ask for its advice before taking an important step.

At nightfall, write one answer each on slips of paper: yes, no, and maybe. Turn the slips of paper over and shuffle them on the table, blank side up. Ask the talisman a question and throw it on the table. The answer that comes closest to the others agrees with your assistant's opinion.

For Virgo – the owl. The wise companion of the goddess Athena symbolizes constancy. Seeing one in flight brings good news. If you have cause for concern, clutch a clay figurine or a bird feather, depending on your chosen talisman. The situation should soon clear up.

How can you discover someone's feelings if you're unsure? Shuffle three cards: the Ace, the Seven of Hearts, and the Seven of Spades. Touch the talisman with your hand and ask, “Owl, light my heart as the moon illuminates your nights.” Shuffle the cards again and draw a random one. The Ace confirms strong feelings, the Seven of Spades—hidden hostility, and the Seven of Hearts—indifference.

For Libra – the heart. The Egyptian god Ptah understood the universe through his heart. This talisman will show you the way out of even the most perplexing situation. The heart is a symbol of vitality and the desire for knowledge.

When seeing a loved one off on a journey, let them touch your talisman. Place it in their hand and cover it with your palm for a couple of minutes. Misfortunes along the way will be averted.

For Scorpio, the frog is the symbol. Called Ecate by the ancient Egyptians, the frog symbolizes intelligence, fertility, and renewal, and protects pregnant women. Touch this talisman in times of danger or intense anxiety. This cool-blooded amphibian will easily cope with raging emotions.

If you're in a difficult situation, rub the talisman's head with a wet hand and ask for its help and protection. If you see a frog in your dreams within the next seven days, the situation will resolve in your favor.

Whether or not to get a talisman is up to each person to decide. But I don't think having a cute little thing you're attached to can do any harm. Give it a try. Good luck.
