“The Living Museum with David Attenborough” is a CGI documentary presented by the renowned British naturalist that is coming to American television and will air from February 19.
The 64-minute film is set in London's Natural History Museum. Special effects bring its vast collection of extinct species to life as Attenborough explores the museum and its many skeletons and fossils.
Attenborough comes face to face with Gigantophis garstini, a huge snake species, as well as the giant sabre-toothed snake (Smilodon), Haast's eagle (Hieraaetus moorei) and others.
The film was released in the UK in 2014, but on Wednesday (February 19) it became available to watch for free in the US on PBS.
