A Kentucky woman was arrested last week after authorities found a missing minor in the attic of her home.
Donna M. Spangler, 42, of Scottsville, was arrested early March 21, according to the Scottsville Police Department (SPD). She has been charged with kidnapping, first-degree obstruction of justice, interference with custodial conditions endangering the welfare of a minor, and second-degree false imprisonment.
In a Facebook post, SPD police noted that they received a call around 12:30 a.m. about a “missing juvenile believed to be at [Spangler's] home.”
When SPD and Allen County Sheriff's officers arrived on scene, Spangler “claimed to be the sole occupant of the home,” authorities said.
