Surely, every person at least once in their life has heard of such a place that gives you goosebumps. Everything that falls into its domain disappears without a trace. Hundreds of families never waited for their men from distant voyages, and their bodies were swallowed by the abyss. This place still remains a mystery for scientists around the world and humanity as a whole. This is the Bermuda Triangle.
Only according to some more or less confirmed data, about twenty-six ships have disappeared in the territory of the so-called Bermuda Triangle. Moreover, during the entire time of search operations, as well as during the entire history of the discovery of this mystical place, not a single fragment of a ship or plane was found. And an inexplicable force swallowed hundreds of souls who were never able to return home alive. Today, there are about a thousand people who have become victims of this mysterious place.
If you look at the relative geographical location, this mystical and anomalous space spreads its lands between the Bermuda Islands, Miami (Florida) and the border of the Latin American country of Puerto Rico. The area of the Bermuda Triangle is estimated at about one million square kilometers. It should be noted that all the natural properties and characteristics of the Bermuda Triangle have been recorded in special journals since the seventies of the last century. The relief of the seabed was explored far and wide, since it was planned to conduct entire expeditions here to search for “black gold”, oil. The probability of the occurrence of climatic or natural anomalies, probable gusts of wind and other geographical characteristics were calculated. None of the above indicators indicate that this place is different from other similar territories. But the fact that planes and sea vessels have disappeared in this zone cannot be erased from this whole story.

When the investigation into the mysterious disappearance of the ship began, it was established that no distress signals or SOS signals were received from the ship.
The first hypothesis of the incident was that the ship could have sunk due to an attack by a German submarine. This could have been the most logical explanation, since the entire world was under martial law, blood was being shed every day. However, this assumption was almost immediately refuted, since it was not confirmed. If the Germans had attacked the ship “Cyclops”, then this news would have spread almost instantly throughout the world, or this information would have been recorded by the Germans themselves. But nothing of the sort happened. The ship with its entire crew seemed to have disappeared into thin air.
Throughout the entire time that the search was underway, people had a huge number of ideas about the disappearance of the ship. Some of the opinions were so absurd and fantastic that S. King himself could have been envious. But, unfortunately, not a single guess was confirmed. The question of where the ship weighing several thousand tons could have gone remained unanswered.
A few years later, the US Navy acknowledged that the mysterious disappearance of the Cyclops was the most difficult and complicated case to investigate. This confirms several real facts that simply cannot be disputed. First, the wreck site has not yet been found. It was also difficult to determine what caused the ship's demise, whether it was natural factors or some mechanism of the ship itself failed.
The mystery of the ship's disappearance was only the first recorded case, and a series of unexplained disappearances was just beginning. At that time, no one could even imagine that in the future, planes would also begin to disappear in this anomalous zone.
The largest and most inexplicable such anomaly is still considered to be the disappearance of six US Army aircraft. The tragedy occurred in the evening of December 5, 1945. In the morning, nothing foreshadowed trouble. It was a very ordinary day, if it can be considered as such in wartime. Surprisingly, during training flights, one pilot had a panic premonition of impending trouble. No one could have thought that possible paranoia would save his life.
The five Avengers bombers set off on a journey when the weather was not just flying, but perfect. A sunny day, which, as a rule, always bodes well. Each plane had enough fuel for almost 6 hours of flight. However, fate played a cruel joke on them. After departure, not a single plane showed up at the destination.
It should be noted that the situation with the disappearance of both the planes and the ship “Cyclops” is very similar. After all, as a result of search operations and exploration of the seabed, they were unable to find either the crash site, or the wreckage, or the bodies of the dead pilots. Only in a few years will it become clear that the most likely cause of the plane crash will be a collision with something unknown. When the planes left Florida, a few hours later a strange message from experienced pilot Taylor was recorded, which indicates that they were lost and did not know where to go next. However, the last unspoken message says that they encountered something inexplicable and mystical, which really scared them.
Despite all the research and searching that has been done, even after so many years, a huge number of questions regarding the Bermuda Triangle remain without clear answers.
