In China, blogger Xing Zhilei built a full-fledged mini-metro for his cats. It has tunnels, a station, and a running train.
Zhilei has an engineering degree. The idea of building a cat subway came to him when viewers saw his design for a pet house and asked him to do something larger.
Zhilei's cat house has a cybertruck, a spa, an ATV, a supermarket, a garage, and a theater. The subway became an extension of the “cat world.” The project took four months to complete.
Every part of the mini-metro accurately conveys the atmosphere of a real subway. The platform doors open synchronously with the train, and there is an escalator, signs, and even trash cans installed inside.
It is noted that Xing Zhilei creates “homes” not only for his cats. He has made at least 100 insulated houses for homeless cats.
