A technique for achieving a powerful orgasm has been revealed.

Diaphragmatic (abdominal) breathing techniques can help you achieve intense orgasms, according to sex therapist Jordan Rullo. She shared this advice in a commentary for Woman & Home.

According to Rullo, four out of ten women are unable to achieve orgasm for various reasons. However, the sexologist assured, the situation can be corrected in many cases.

“The best way to achieve a powerful orgasm is to start breathing deeply. Diaphragmatic breathing helps with this, increasing oxygen and blood flow and activating the parasympathetic nervous system. All of this promotes relaxation,” Rullo explained.

She noted that learning diaphragmatic breathing is simple. To do this, take a breath not only into your chest but also into your diaphragm. Then, place one hand on your stomach and the other on your chest to determine which hand moves during breathing. When breathing diaphragmatically, the one on your stomach should move.
