What most often motivates women to engage in intimate relationships? This is what University of Texas psychology professor Cindy Meston and her colleague David Buss set out to discover.
They surveyed women of various nationalities, aged 17 to 52, and asked the following question: “For what reason (or reasons) have you had sexual intercourse in the past?”
As a result, a sexual rating was compiled, which looks like this:

It would be naive to assume that this study provides a complete picture of women's sexual preferences. But some conclusions can be drawn.
