I want to fall in love! Has no one in the world yet come up with a miracle pill that could control my feelings?
It's incredible, but true: scientists are already beginning work on such a drug, as reported by The Daily Telegraph. The professors' goal is to soon release a magic love pill that would help people increase or decrease their feelings for the opposite sex. If this happens, and love can be controlled with a “medicine,” then what kind of magic would it be?
But scientists are resolute. They are convinced that the drug's effects are quite prosaic and correspond to human physiology. There will be no more unrequited love, the circle of lonely people will be significantly reduced, and a new era will dawn.
“The day is not far off when pills will be available that will allow people to manipulate certain functions of their brain at will in order to increase or decrease the love they feel for another,” writes Professor Larry Young of Emory University, Georgia.
A “love pill” can target a specific area of the brain responsible for feelings of attraction. Cheating men will stop cheating, and tarnished relationships will gain new life. You'll agree, there are some benefits to this “chemistry.”
