Every woman wants men to lose their heads over her, commit reckless acts, and generally do all sorts of stupid things, but they're quite capable of dealing with that themselves. Experts say the desire to be caught in the act of a “juicy crime” is becoming increasingly common among women.
However, scientists are quick to justify this behavior: it's not female desire, but the brain that's to blame, writes the Daily Mail. “The desire to arouse is one of the fundamental traits for women. Our findings indicate that, to maintain normal sexual desire, women need to fantasize about themselves,” notes clinical psychologist and president of the Society for the Research and Treatment of Sexual Anomalies, Marta Miana.
As the specialist noted, more than half of these fantasies are ultimately realized by women with their men. For example, 47% of women surveyed said they dream of being strippers, while others dream of becoming harem concubines or playing some other arousing role. Approximately 50% secretly desire to “please” more than one man.
To some extent, similar behavior is also characteristic of men. Experts suggest that this behavioral pattern was inherited from humans' distant ancestors—primates. For example, male marmosets and some other monkey species display their genitals to females to indicate sexual interest.
