Bride leaves people in stitches over her cheeky welcome sign at wedding

A bride has gone viral after she shared a photo of the welcome sign she had made for her wedding, which saw her name in huge letters and her husband-to-be’s name in much smaller writing

Most brides wants to steal the show on her wedding day, and one called Becca certainly did just that.

She decided to create a cheeky entrance sign that had guests – and people on online – chuckling.

Becca decided to ditch the traditional ‘Bride & Groom’ signage and instead write her name in massive letters on the sign, declaring it ‘Becca’s wedding’ and relegating her hubby-to-be Jack to a mere ‘featuring’ role.

People on the internet certainly got a good laugh when the sign was posted on X (formerly Twitter), with one user exclaiming: “Incredible work, Becca.” It didn’t stop there the sign became a Facebook sensation, garnering more than 161,000 likes on a meme page.

People couldn’t help but giggle at the sign, as one woman exclaimed: “Should have got one of these for my wedding too.” Another told their friend: “This is how yours will look.” While someone else said to their pal: “I hope this will be featuring at yours!”

The news comes after another bride hit headlines last month after she shared her wedding dilemma. Her mum and sister urged her to rethink her wedding date due to a “busy period” clash – and she wasn’t happy.

The bride wanted to host her wedding in March, but she was slammed by members of her family – purely because it clashes with her sister’s “busy season”.

The bride-to-be was left in shock after her sister threw a tantrum over the wedding date clashing with tax season, leading to an explosive call where she was branded a ‘bridezilla’.
