The chocolate boxes are a popular Christmas treat but many fans are only just realising the hidden meaning in the Celebrations logo – and it’s left them gobsmacked.
Celebrations fans are stunned by a recent revelation.
The festive favourite has been around since Mars Incorporated launched the treat in 1997. It comprises of miniature versions of full size Mars brands and undoubtedly one of the most popular chocolates in the world.
Now the assortment, which includes popular treats like Bounty, Maltesers, Mars, Galaxy Caramel, Twix, Milky Way, Snickers, and Galaxy, has had its packaging design scrutinised by eagle-eyed fans.
A Reddit user pointed out: “All the letters in the Celebrations logo are taken from the logos of its constituent chocolates. However, the C is in the Mars Bar font, and there isn’t a C in Mars.”
They added: “I’m ashamed it’s taken me this long to notice, and annoyed that I can now never eat Celebrations again.”

Others joined the conversation with one pointing out the missed opportunity for using the letter C from Caramel and Snickers, while another observed: “It’s in the curve of the A! I’ve literally just worked this out staring at a box of celebrations I’m eating myself to death with. Explains why the C has a weird bend.”
Meanwhile, some consumers have confessed to shunning Celebrations after changes were made to the selection inside the tubs, with a disgruntled user declaring: “I’ve been boycotting Celebrations since the Galaxy Truffle debacle. Just disgusting they’d replace it with a Twix of all things.”
