Earlier, one fisherman shared his terrifying catch, while another caught a creature that “shouldn't be in UK waters.” If you're interested in the catch of the day, one man spotted something quite frightening.

In a TikTok post, a user known as @brycefishing_, who has 57,700 followers, wrote that he nearly had a heart attack after seeing something lurking underwater during a recent fishing trip.
The caption read: “That bite gave me a heart attack! Letting the bait hang for a bit can trigger a strike, especially on tough days.”
The 12-second video, which has garnered 1,300 likes, begins peacefully with a shot of water. A moment later, a water creature pounces on the bait.

Although the fisherman did not specify what exactly was in the lake, he noticed quite a few pike during his fishing trips.

Many people were equally amazed by the catch, as the comments section was filled with dozens of users sharing their opinions.
One wrote, “Thanks for teaching me how to use bait properly.” Others left comments with emojis.
The fisherman, who lives in the Netherlands, has shared similar videos before.
He had previously been left speechless after witnessing a “completely psychotic” incident while fishing.
The 15-second clip begins with a small fish swimming towards a man's fishing rod, and then a huge monster appears out of nowhere.
Then, after a few moments, a huge pike swims to the surface and grabs the small creature that was minding its own business.
