The tricky brainteaser has been put together by a printer supply company Cartridge Save. The picture shows a blue river with food leftovers and a jungle of plastic bags and other rubbish floating about.
However, seven plastic bottles are floating among the waste. It takes an average player 25 seconds to find – with the record currently sitting at 9 seconds, claimed the creators.
Ian Cowley, founder of Cartridge Save said: “Puzzles like these can help people visualize the real impact of plastic pollution on marine biodiversity.
“Marine plastic pollution is a significant environmental challenge, with an estimated 170 trillion particles forming a plastic smog in our oceans.
