A fitness coach journeyed to Dubai and professed to be experiencing “no drama or fear” but has since been met with a harsh dose of reality. Limitations and heightened security protocols are currently being enforced across the United Arab Emirates in the wake of multiple drone and missile assaults by Iran.
Several flights have been cancelled following the choice to close UAE airspace, leaving countless passengers stuck. One online personality and writer has chosen to highlight the positive aspects, but has received censure for apparently playing down the gravity of the circumstances in Dubai.

Jade Marrey, 31, took to Threads to share an update regarding her present situation. Some days prior, she mentioned: “Very grateful to be in a hotel safe however the fact I was meant to fly home on Tuesday but ended up in hospital and missing my flight makes this so sucky.”
However, a more current post has ignited debate.
The writer stated: “Everyone is panicking about Dubai… I’m currently sitting at Dubai Creek, kids running around with families, people enjoying coffee in the sunshine or strolling along the water. No drama or fear.”

In the comments area, people were quick to express their viewpoints, with many emphasizing how swiftly her circumstances could decline.
One individual stated: “For now? What about tomorrow or the following day? Don’t feel too comfortable. Be alert. You don’t know what’s coming. Pray.”

Jade responded: “I am not normalising war, I am stating a fact that people are out and about with their kids and living their lives… mentioned nothing about war.”
