The Celestron Labs CB2000C Advanced Biological Microscope is a mid-priced device that offers many professional features such as 40X to 2000X magnification, stereo imaging, trinocular eyepiece, mechanical XY stage and adjustable illumination, as well as a complete slide and filter kit.
We enjoyed using the CB2000C. Its trinocular capabilities allowed for teamwork, and students received real-time advice and feedback. As an educational tool, it was very useful. The wide magnification range allowed us to examine a variety of biological samples, from entire mini-organisms to microorganisms and cellular organelles.
