Authorities report that a man, unclothed, was taken into custody on Christmas evening subsequent to forcing entry into a pair of opulent residences in Golden Beach, Florida, which includes a $12 million property where he was discovered concealed in a garage.

Vladimir Demidovich, age 26, from Hallandale Beach, is confronted with two felony accusations, as per Miami-Dade jail documentation.

According to details from the Golden Beach Police Department, both break-ins transpired within the 100 block of Ocean Boulevard.

Cops indicated that officers were dispatched following a notification concerning a “white male, without clothes” at the initial property at approximately 9:45 p.m. on December 25.

Officers located Demidovich, unclothed, inside the garage, as per the police.

He communicated to officers that his garments were in a neighboring home, authorities noted.

Miami-Dade property documents reveal that the second residence, where law enforcement discovered Demidovich’s clothing, holds a market valuation exceeding $37 million, according to WPLG, the ABC affiliate located in Miami.

Law enforcement indicated that they discovered the home in a “disorderly state” with drinks that had been consumed and clothing present on the second level.

Detectives stated that Demidovich unlawfully entered both residences, “drank beverages, and displayed an intent to perpetrate a theft.”

Demidovich received charges for burglary of an uninhabited structure and criminal destruction of property, according to records from the court.

He had been released on a felony bond pertaining to a different criminal mischief incident originating from June when he was taken into custody, WPLG mentioned.
