LIV golf is on the verge of collapse, yet a shadow now looms over the athletes: what’s next? Dan Dakich and his colleagues delve into how the PGA will react.

A dancer, dismissed for “her peculiar conduct and propensity for altercations with colleagues,” was apprehended last week for allegedly assaulting the manager of the North Miami Beach gentlemen’s club where she previously worked, using a pole.

Princess Aaliyah Bell, 23, had received permission from the manager to revisit Taboo to retrieve her belongings following her termination. What was expected to be a brief visit escalated into a chaotic scene, leading to her arrest, after she purportedly began brandishing a pole.

North Miami Beach Police were summoned to the establishment on Monday, as reported by NBC Miami, following accounts of a woman assaulting staff and creating a commotion. Bell had reportedly caused a spectacle shortly after her arrival to collect her personal items.

As per the report, the manager stated that Bell began acting erratically, running through the club, tossing items, and yelling until security intervened and escorted her out. However, this did not mark the end of Ms. Bell’s involvement that evening.

Her alleged disruptive behavior apparently did not convey her message conclusively, as she is reported to have returned armed with a 7-foot metal pole. Rather than performing with it, she started menacing security with it. Bell then allegedly hurled the pole, striking the manager on the leg.

By the time law enforcement arrived at the venue, she had already departed the vicinity. Officers located her walking nearby, and when they attempted to engage her, bodycam footage indicates she fled. However, her escape was short-lived.

They apprehended her, took her into custody, and then transported her to a medical facility for an evaluation before she was ultimately booked into jail on charges including aggravated battery, assault with a deadly weapon, resisting an officer without violence, and providing false identification.

It was subsequently disclosed that Bell, who claimed to reside in Detroit, had multiple outstanding warrants during her court appearance on Tuesday. These included an in-state warrant and a fugitive warrant from Georgia, reportedly connected to a robbery.

Some might view these as warning signs, indications to select a different candidate for an open role. Such considerations do not seem to apply in the dancing profession. These issues only surface when employment is terminated, transforming a standard evening into one where poles are brandished and authorities are summoned.

That is the raw intensity required to maintain vigilance.
