Healing of soul and body

Patients, especially those with serious illnesses who sometimes undergo unsuccessful treatment for years, often feel as if no one else in the world can help them. This isn't true. Treatment simply needs to be comprehensive: not only the body needs to be treated, but the soul as well.

To heal the soul, you need to attend church, go to confession, and receive communion. Every church has a day when prayers for health are offered. Order a prayer to the healer Panteleimon and Archangel Michael. The prayer includes the blessing of water. Wash your face with this water in the morning and drink three sips on an empty stomach and three at night.

Intention, faith and patience are of great importance.

Begin each morning with the words: “Glory to Thee, O Lord, for giving me the joy of life this day. Good morning, Earth, hello, people of the land. Peace and prosperity to all! Lord, bless all my deeds. Help me, O Mother of God, cover us with Thy oluphar.”

Once you've achieved spiritual harmony, move on to treating your body… Start with cleansing your body, especially your intestines. You can't imagine how much toxins and fecal matter accumulates there.

Begin the cleanse on the waning moon. Fill a 3-liter Esmarch mug with room-temperature water, add 1 tablespoon each of salt, baking soda, and vinegar, and administer an enema. This mixture does not irritate the intestines and is very effective in removing lodged fecal stones. After the enema, there is no discomfort or frequent urge to defecate, as with a regular water enema.

During the first week, it's best to do enemas every day between 6 and 7 a.m.—this is the best time to cleanse your bowels. Try to retain the water for 3-5 minutes after the enema (for greater effectiveness). If you can't swallow all the water at once, administer it in 2-3 doses. When all 3 liters of water flows freely into your bowels, you've successfully dissolved the fecal matter.

During the second week, you can do enemas every other day. During the third week, every two days, and during the fourth week, once. Then, do an enema once a month, during the waning moon.

In addition to cleansing procedures, also carry out hardening ones – for example, go naked, preparing for an enema and washing.

Drink a glass of silicon water when you wake up and before you go to bed. During the day, massage three points to harmonize your entire body. The crown of your head is the point of courage, the second point is located between the inner corners of your eyebrows, also known as the “third eye,” and the third point is on the back of your foot near the big toe. It's easy to find: two finger widths above the base of your big toe, on the inside of your body. Massage each point with your preferred finger, clockwise, 15-20 times. You can do this at any time, but do it regularly!

Massage all your fingers, especially the fingertips, as they control the central nervous system, improving circulation and promoting well-being. Massage your ears, too: over 150 acupressure points are located there.

Do everything you do with joy, ease and prayer, saying: “I ask, Lord, but Your will is done.”
