At the request of active readers, I'm restoring this article here. Perhaps someone will find my practical advice useful, and perhaps someone will discover something new. 🙂
How familiar this feeling is to anyone who, after a long day's work and in a great mood, rides home on public transportation and, upon arriving home, feels discomfort, fatigue, and even malaise. Is it fatigue from the journey itself or the pressure of the crowd? It's neither one nor the other. It's simply that when in crowded places, a person can't keep up with all the stares. And those stares can be quite unkind. Many people are completely unaware of the powers they possess and use their hidden (paranormal) abilities unconsciously. Such hidden psychics involuntarily feed off those around them (energy vampirism) or literally pierce a weak biofield with their energetic attacks. What our great-grandfathers and great-grandmothers called the evil eye is by no means a fiction or a superstition; biologists and physicists themselves have already come close to scientifically confirming and explaining these ancestral quirks. The latest devices are already capable of measuring the human biofield, its positive or negative charge (polarity), size, color, and shape. This biofield is the primary defense against various negative influences; if it is damaged, it will be easy for an unkind person to “break through” a person with a damaged biofield.
How can we protect ourselves from unwanted influences from “well-wishers,” of whom there are so many in our cruel world? The subconscious itself prompts modern people to protect themselves. For example, when you're riding in a minibus, pay attention to the driver's cabin. You're sure to see icons of saints there: the Virgin Mary, St. Nicholas, or Jesus Christ. Not every minibus driver is devout, but they still wear their icons. This method of protecting oneself and their vehicle wasn't invented by drivers; medieval sailors used icons, and the image of St. Nicholas, the patron saint of all travelers, was especially revered. So, modern taxi drivers have simply applied old-fashioned techniques to modern life, because they work and continue to protect those who use them. But these same images can cause an accident, since a great sinner may be riding in the minibus, and the saints will punish him for his sins, and the driver and the other passengers will act as scapegoats.
Religious attributes and images of saints aren't always effective. They certainly provide spiritual protection, but they don't protect against external energetic influences. Therefore, if you're not a devout Orthodox Christian, it's best to avoid using religious symbols in practice, or to use only those items consecrated in an undefiled church, of which there are very few these days. The best means of protecting yourself and your vehicle are spiral and pyramidal structures for dispersing negative energy. Making such a device isn't difficult, but you need to know the correct dimensions, material, and manufacturing method. There's no need to call a priest to bless your car, as such a metal structure will cleanse the car of all harmful energies emanating from both people and the cosmos.
So how can passengers protect themselves? The best remedy against the evil eye is a fig in your pocket, a tried-and-true method of deflecting an unwanted blow. But you can't keep a fig in your pocket all the time. If a passenger is sitting, the best way to block all the “entrances and exits” of their personal biofield is to simply cross their arms and legs, thus circulating their own energy flows throughout the entire energy system. Simply crossing your legs will short-circuit the downward flows of the biofield. But what if there's no free seat and you have to stand? In this case (if lighting and standing conditions permit), it's best to read. A book is the best remedy against harmful external influences. But books are different, so reading detective stories and empty articles from various magazines and newspapers will do you no good, only harm. Most detective novels published today lack depth or new ideas; they merely prime readers for negativity (murder, robbery, investigation). The press has a different effect, as articles are short, and the reader's thoughts constantly jump from one topic to another, which literally disturbs the human information field. The best books for transportation are history and esoteric literature, as well as spiritual literature and science fiction. Of course, reading on public transport isn't always convenient or pleasant, and it's very difficult to concentrate in a crowded place, lest you miss the right station. But you can't even imagine the benefits you can derive from such reading. Here, on public transport, you combine business with pleasure, travel in the right direction, and learn something new from books. And most importantly, you protect your bioenergetic fields from malicious individuals.
Electronic devices such as mobile phones, radios, or MP3 players, while they partially mitigate the negative effects of negative thought forms, (like all devices) irritate the biofield and negatively impact others. This applies particularly to mobile phones. Some countries, such as Switzerland, are so concerned about the physical health of their citizens that they have imposed strict restrictions on cell phone use, and I think this is the right thing to do. Mobile phones are contraindicated for people with unstable mental health and, of course, for children. Children would be better off reading books than sending idle text messages to their friends or damaging their eyesight by playing mobile games. It's a shame that people don't understand the full complexity of bioenergetic influences; perhaps back then, they wore fewer electronic devices that negatively impact the physical body and biofield. City dwellers are less protected and more vulnerable to energy fluctuations than rural dwellers. A villager's biofield can reach up to two meters in size, while the average city dweller's biofield extends no more than 60 centimeters from the body's surface. Therefore, city dwellers are more susceptible to stress and various cardiovascular diseases. Furthermore, there are more radio waves in the city, and information flows are somewhat attenuated at night. This leads to only one conclusion: it is necessary to protect oneself from destructive thought forms and various radiations emanating from both devices and transmitters, as well as from outer space.
One of the most powerful methods of protection is reciting prayers and mantras. Both the “Our Father…” prayer and the “Hare Krishna” maha-mantra are equally effective, depending on one's religious affiliation. The key is to recite the prayer (mentally or aloud) from the heart, as its effect extends not only to you but also to those around you. With prayer, your journey will be quick and stress-free. It's also a good idea to acquire a reliable amulet, but it's best to commission one from a reputable alchemical specialist. Try finding one among the top healers and sorcerers offering magical objects of dubious origin. A true talisman will protect anyone, whether on horseback, on foot, or even the driver of a modern automobile.
Speaking of cars, some drivers have taken to hanging a CD on their windshield (they say it affects the headlights). Such an object is quite dangerous, as the reflected light from the disc can cause an accident. Besides, the disc is the chakra with which Vishnu punishes sinners.
Another folk remedy for protecting your property, i.e., your home, is to hang a horseshoe over your front door. However, due to their ignorance, people often hang this magical horseshoe incorrectly (with the horns facing up), and the talisman then projects negative events into the web of time. Modern apartment buildings are unsafe for the residents themselves; they are built in locations where such construction is prohibited, without regard for ethical and esoteric principles. Residents live as if in a giant anthill, each occupying their own niche-apartment. But unlike ants, which live communally, residents live on their own territory and are not particularly fond of letting strangers in. And these strangers are numerous. And perhaps the most unusual of urban neighbors are the brownies, also known as ghosts. A skeptic will say, these are all old wives' tales. I won't try to convince him otherwise, but for those who want to befriend the domovoi, I recommend the following. The domovoi loved to warm himself by the stove in peasant huts. Having moved (just like the cartoon character Kuzya) to the modern city, the domovoi hasn't changed his habits. Now he's in the kitchen by the stove, still befriends cats, and dislikes unclean residents. If you want to appease your domovoi and bring good fortune to your home, then find a secluded spot under the stove and place various sweets on a saucer. For a more complete effect, you can also whisper an ancient spell: “Domovoi, a domovoi, come to where you lived, where the stove is warm and the porridge is sweet.” Another place the domovoi likes to hang out is the threshold. In ancient times, when human savagery was intertwined with obscurantism and superstition, stillborn babies were buried under the threshold (thus placing the home under reliable otherworldly protection), which is why there is a taboo on shaking hands across the threshold. A noisy domovoi indicates either approaching danger or misbehavior on the part of the residents; the domovoi will not make noise without reason. People never came up with personal names for this otherworldly figure; peasants simply called him “He” or “Sam,” but more often they called him “Dobrozhil” and “Dobrokhot,” and in some regions, “Dobromiltsev.” In Siberia, he was nicknamed “Susedok” and “Batanushok.” He lives unseen by human eyes, and all unusual occurrences in the home were always attributed to the domovoi, a name not everyone dared to pronounce aloud (partly out of respect for him, partly out of a hidden fear of offending him with such a nickname). Ordinary people, for his obvious and proven services, called him “master” and, for the antiquity of his existence in Rus', “grandfather.” One should befriend this “master” and offer him all sorts of delicacies.
But let's leave our otherworldly neighbors aside and talk about the people who live both above and below our heads. After all, buildings today are typically multi-story and multi-unit, each apartment with its own energy system and its own residents, and each family has its own telephone, mobile phone, computer, and television. People don't even consider the complex world they live in, that electromagnetic and radio waves pass through their bodies every moment; they consciously spend their time in front of various electronic devices and can't even imagine how much energy they lose in that moment. Life used to move more slowly, day followed night, people worked during the day, rested at night, and everything flowed as usual. Scientific and technological progress has disrupted this measured pace; now distances are covered with less effort, and you can work at night, travel quickly, and instantly find someone you need to talk to with the press of a button on your mobile phone. But the average person hasn't become more developed as a result of these innovations; they remain as rife with prejudices and superstitions. Technology offers little development; children, instead of reading books, play 3D games; adults, instead of self-educating themselves, spend days and nights in front of television screens. Technology disconnects people from nature itself; the urban world of megacities immerses the individual in a gray space where monotonous routine intersects with the pressure of the ever-hurrying crowd. No matter how deeply you immerse yourself in your work, remember that nature is the best healer for any overexertion and stress; fresh air, unique living landscapes, and the sun can mend any energy leaks. And you don't necessarily have to have a picnic there; you can simply sit and listen to the birds singing, observe the movement of trees or beetles, simply contemplate and enjoy this moment. In this way, you can quickly restore your strength and even receive revelations from the Spirit World.
Trees are more ancient inhabitants of our planet than humans. They speak nothing and feed exclusively on moisture, sunlight, and air. The energy recharge from trees has always been held in high esteem by the Slavs, as well as by other pagan peoples. Along with the veneration of gods and ancestors, they also revered sacred groves, where mystical rituals and the prophecies of the Magi were often performed. Before cutting down a tree to build a house, a peasant would ask forgiveness from the forest spirits and the tree itself, and only then would he chop it down. Urbanized city dwellers rarely look at trees, except in spring, when all nature blossoms, new construction encroaches on vegetation, and trees are cut down, often without any prompting from Mother Nature. Trees are our silent neighbors, always ready to relieve our stress or recharge us with new strength. It's just important to know which tree is right for you at the moment. Wooden amulets and crucifixes are very effective, but the main thing is that the tree itself suits the owner of the talisman. It is not even necessary to give your wooden talisman a specific shape; an ordinary pine cone, a twig, or tree bark can become your reliable protector for a while; the main thing is to receive this object of power in a specific place, at a specific time, in a state of mystical trance (shamanic journey).
The days of Catholic obscurantist autos-da-fés and communist persecutions of sorcerers and shamans are long gone. Many have embraced materialistic doctrines and regard witches and sorcerers as characters in children's fairy tales. But this doesn't mean witches have ceased to exist; perhaps no one will be able to revive medieval witch hunts or convict anyone of witchcraft. No court in a civilized country will accept a complaint about an energetic attack or a death spell. So be cautious in crowded places; perhaps a person with the “evil eye” is aiming an invisible arrow at you. You must be able to defend yourself from invisible enemies: hostile thought forms, envious glances, the evil eye, slander, and curses. Protecting yourself is not difficult; the important thing is to believe in your hidden powers and trust in the will of God. After all, everything is in His hands, every soul is dear to Him, and He cares nothing about their religion. After all, God is one for all, no matter what you call Him, and He will never deviate from His laws: to create, sustain, and destroy the entire Universe.
