Video Stop Making Excuses! Curt Cignetti & Nick Saban’s Formula for Winning | Don’t @ Me w/ Dan Dakich

Dan Dakich offers his analysis of Indiana Football HC Curt Cignetti’s recent statements regarding the "Saban Way." Cignetti reminisced about his tenure at Alabama under Nick Saban, characterizing the program’s atmosphere as one where each day felt like a critical juncture, akin to "4th and 1."

Footage capturing a high-speed pursuit in Wisconsin from earlier this month shows the driver evading authorities by becoming airborne and launching their vehicle over another car. We’re talking about a maneuver reminiscent of the ‘Dukes of Hazzard.’

It stands out as one of the most astonishing dashcam videos you are likely to witness. The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office disseminated the now-viral clip of the apprehension, which occurred on the morning of Saturday, May 9.

FOX 6 reports that the Wisconsin State Patrol initiated a traffic stop and subsequently requested backup due to an active felony warrant. As a Fond du Lac County sheriff’s deputy and another trooper arrived, the driver accelerated away.

A high-speed pursuit ensued, ultimately concluding when the driver lost control, veered into a ditch, and then ascended an embankment. This is the point where the vehicle cleared another car.

The fleeing driver’s car not only soared over the other vehicle but also went completely across the roadway, landing in a field on the opposite side.

Incredibly, Dewayne Stokes, aged 44 and identified by law enforcement as the driver, was not yet prepared to surrender. He exited the vehicle and required the use of a Taser before being taken into custody.

The chase concluded after covering four and a half miles, with a small fraction of that distance accomplished through flight. Stokes was subsequently transported to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

He faces charges on seven counts, including first-degree reckless endangering safety and two counts of evading an officer. His cash bond was established at $25,000, and he is scheduled to appear in court again on June 24, according to official court records.

Records indicate that Stokes was on bond at the time of his aerial maneuver for operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent, FOX 6 further reported. A warrant for his arrest had been issued after he failed to appear in court. Unbeknownst to him at that moment, a decision he made was setting him on a course to make his car fly over another.

Every event unfolds with a purpose.
