President Trump's HR 1, “One Big Beautiful Bill,” includes $1 billion for the U.S. Space Force's (USSF) X-37B military spacecraft program.
The classified X-37B, also known as the Orbital Test Vehicle (OTV) program, completed its seventh mission, landing at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California on March 7 after 434 days in space.
As for how those billions will be used and when the next X-37B will fly, Space.com reached out to the spacecraft's manufacturer, Boeing. In response, we received a “thank you for your inquiry” and a message recommending that we contact the Air Force for comment on the X-37's schedule and funding.
