Fans of card tricks know the saying well: “Science knows many tricks.” Yes, it's true, modern science knows a great many different tricks. However, science is still unable to answer the fundamental questions that have troubled humanity since the days of Captain Noah!
Let's start with problems of cosmic scale . So, science still doesn't know:
• Why does the Earth rotate? What force makes the Sun, Earth, Moon, and all the other planets rotate around their axis? Attempts to explain the rotation of celestial bodies by claiming that they are spun by winds and sea currents are laughable and akin to grandma's explanations like, “The wind, grandson, blows because the trees sway.” After all, there is neither wind nor ocean on the Moon!
• Why doesn't the Moon fall to Earth, but has been orbiting it at the same altitude for billions of years? Similarly, why don't the Earth and other planets fall to the Sun? After all, everyone knows that man-made satellites are forced to regularly fire their engines to raise their orbits, and when they run out of fuel, they fall to Earth.
• Why does the Moon rotate at just the right speed so that only one side is always facing the Earth?
• What force has kept the planets of the solar system moving at the same speed in constant orbits for billions of years? Science pretends to know why planets don't fly away from the Sun into space, and their satellites don't fly away from the planets: scientists say they are held by “gravitational force.” They also use this force to explain why apples fall to the ground. But they themselves can't explain what this force, scientifically known as “gravity,” is.
Now let's go down one floor, that is, let's move on to our earthly, sorrowful affairs :
• Science doesn't know what lies inside our planet. The maximum depth to which the earth's crust has been drilled is 11 km. After this, work on the Kola Superdeep Borehole was suddenly stopped for a mysterious reason.
• Science knows how to use electrical energy, but it cannot really explain how it moves through wires.
How can we accuse scientists of even more blatant ignorance regarding the origin of man, and indeed of all life on Earth!?
As for this very man , science, of course, knows something about his physical body, but again, it cannot answer very important questions:
• Why are people of different colors, that is, blacks are black, and Europeans are pale-faced?
• Why do wounds heal in people, that is, how does the regeneration mechanism work, right up to documented cases of miraculous recovery from incurable diseases?
Science knows especially little about the most important thing – about what makes a person human and elevates him above animals, that is, about his mental abilities and psyche .
For example:
– Why do some people have a sense of humor and others don’t?
– Why are some people kind and others evil?
– How does love suddenly arise between people and why does it then suddenly disappear?
Well, now the most important question: how does a person think and where does he store his memories, in other words, what are the biological foundations of consciousness ?
Many people, even in school, were taught that people think with their brains. But that's not true! Otherwise, how can we explain how people with severe physical damage to this organ, even holes punched through with a crowbar, continue to think fully and retain their memory?
I won't disturb the ashes of “Grandfather Lenin”; you'd better Google his brain yourself… Let me just remind you that an individual's creative abilities and worldly wisdom are in no way dependent on their brain size, that is, on the volume and weight of their brain matter. For example, Neanderthals had a cranium almost one and a half times larger than Cro-Magnons, but they were displaced by them…
I don’t want to go into the higher realms of existence, but a couple of comments need to be made:
• Science cannot explain the phenomenon of prophetic dreams and other ways of accurately predicting the future.
• Similarly, science cannot answer the question: are there beings in the Universe more intelligent than Homo Sapiens who know the answers to all the above questions?
Meanwhile, many people are absolutely certain that such characters exist. Some have even met them in person…
