A UFO hunter claims to have found an ancient city and underwater pyramid on Google Maps, just off the coast of Cuba.

Mr Waring said: “I found a pyramid off of Cuba and then noticed another pyramid near it and then a sunken ship.
“About 15 years ago I heard about some American soldiers from a submarine going into a bar in Cuba and shooting off their mouths about an underwater ancient city they found off the coast of Cuba.
“They said it had hundreds of buildings and was incredibly intact.
“They also said they saw numerous pyramids in it.”

Brazil UFO: Investigation into ‘alien crash’ reveals the TRUTH
According to Mr Waring, he has spent years trawling through the internet to uncover this mystery.
He has now highlighted a location to the south of Cuba’s main island.
The Google Maps location is penned just below the eastern coast of Isla de la Juventud, Cuba.
By his estimate, the pyramid on the right coudl measure up to 984ft (300m) across.
Mr Waring said: “So I have been looking for this location for years.
“Today I actually seem to have found part of it.”
The UFO hunter added: “Remember this is the web browser version, not the downloaded version.
“It’s not visible on the downloaded version, it’s been blacked out in that whole area.
“That really makes me think Google hid it on purpose so that the city will remain hidden.”
Mr Waring’s discovery was also met with some enthusiasm on his YouTube channel.

Aliens: A ‘technological species’ may have once existed on Earth
One viewer said: “Never heard of this city near Cuba, good catch!”
Another person said: “Ernest Hemmingway and his brother were obsessed with this city.
“You can read about it in books like Legends and Lore of Ancient America by Zecharia Sitchin and Frank Joseph.
“Dark Journalist did a full video on all the research and connection to Hemmingway here on YouTube as well.
“Check it out, it will blow you away, and ties in with your Google Maps discovery.”
However, it is more likely Mr Waring was confused by an effect known as pareidolia.
Pareidolia causes people to see recognisable shapes and patterns where they do not exist.
Astronomer Larry Sessions wrote in an article for EarthSky.org: “It’s a form of apophenia, which is a more general term for the human tendency to seek patterns in random information.
“Everyone experiences it from time to time.
“Seeing the famous man in the moon is a classic example from astronomy.
