SPACEX viewers have noticed a bizarre live stream anomaly this weekend, with some claiming “high-speed UFOs” were present at the Crew Dragon launch.
The UFOs were seen at the SpaceX launch pad on Saturday, May 30, just minutes before the launch of SpaceX’s Crew Dragon spacecraft. A video cut from NASA and SpaceX’s live stream and uploaded to the YouTube channel ledrack shows mysterious shapes buzzing behind the Falcon 9 launch tower. According to YouTuber ledrack, the UFOs were masquerading as insects on camera.

The video description reads: “I thank Carlos Clemente for giving me the information where a UFO appears in the SpaceX Crew Dragon launch, by doing a more detailed study I managed to find a second UFO which I present at the beginning of this video
“The second UFO that I present, it is only observed in three frames from the video.
“I tried to find the approximate shape to its real shape and at the same time I tried to imagine how they moved to get those high speeds, this is part of the work and research.”
The YouTuber then said in a comment under the video: “I think the idea is that high-speed UFOs look like insects on video cameras, that way any lazy mind will not bother to analyse or show interest in any video of this type. Camouflage in front of our cameras.”

SpaceX launch: Flat Earthers rally as Crew Dragon dock with the ISS
On Saturday, SpaceX launched two NASA astronauts from the Kennedy Space Center to the International Space Station (ISS).
The launch saw the first flight of astronauts into orbit aboard a private-built spacecraft.
The launch also marked the return of crewed spaceflight to US soil after nine years of NASA relying on the Russian Soyuz programme.
However, UFO hunters were more interested in following the historic event for signs of UFOs and other extraterrestrial phenomena.
As a result, the YouTube video gained some traction with people trying to explain what they saw in the comments.
One person said: “I can just imagine ETs looking and laughing at the inferior human technology.
“Or getting p**** off coz we’re still not using the technology they have probably given us. Nice one Ledrack.”
Another person said: “It looks like a fishing lure moving through the sky.”

SpaceX: How long will Demo-2 stay on the International Space Station?
A Third YouTube user said: “Killer. Wow. Ripper Ledrack.”
But there is probably a simpler and more reasonable explanation behind the SpaceX anomaly.
According to prominent astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson, UFO hunters often jump to the wrong conclusions when presented with unclear data.
He told CNN: “The universe brims with mysteries.
“Just because you don’t know what it is you’re looking at doesn’t mean it’s intelligent aliens visiting from another planet.”
Many UFO sightings can also be explained by pareidolia – a peculiar effect that can cause the brain to see shapes and patterns where they do not exist.
Astronomer Larry Sessions told EarthSky.org: “Seeing recognizable objects or patterns in otherwise random or unrelated objects or patterns is called pareidolia.
“It’s a form of apophenia, which is a more general term for the human tendency to seek patterns in random information.
“Everyone experiences it from time to time.”
