In October, earthlings will experience a real celestial “show”.
As reported by a correspondent for the online publication Belnovosti, two large and four small meteor showers will appear in the night sky.
Evgeny Kravchenko, a senior researcher at MIPT, told MIR 24 about this.

The most notable are the Orionids and Draconids meteor showers.
The Orionids will peak on October 22, and the Draconids will be visible from October 6 to 10. The shower's peak intensity will occur on the night of October 8 to 9.
Less intense showers include the October Camelopardalids (peaking on October 5), the Delta Aurigids (October 11), the Southern Taurids (October 13), and the Epsilon Geminids (October 18).
If you want to see as many shooting stars as possible, follow these tips from astronomers.
Experts recommend moving away from the city, where artificial lighting will not obstruct visibility.
It will take your eyes 15-20 minutes to adjust to the darkness, so after arriving at your destination, it's a good idea to rest a bit and get used to it.
