Sky has confirmed that its Glass TV will finally be available in more stores across the UK, making it easier to try before you buy.
If you've been thinking about upgrading to a Sky Glass TV smart TV, it's now easier than ever to explore and test these internet screens before making a final decision.
Previously, the only way to purchase Sky Glass was to order it through the company's website or visit one of several specialty stores scattered around the country. There was also no way to compare the device to screens from competitors such as Samsung, Sony and LG.
Thankfully, that's changing, with Sky confirming it's partnering with Currys to offer customers a more convenient way to watch films on the big screen.
Sky Glass will be available in over 200 Currys stores nationwide soon, so you can visit your nearest store, test drive the TV and decide if it's right for you.

And that may not be the only reason to take a step forward.
To celebrate the launch of the partnership, there is also an offer that includes Sky Glass with Sky TV and Netflix for just £33 per month. This is one of the lowest prices on the market and includes premium content along with unlimited access to TV shows and movies.
“Sky Glass offers an unrivalled viewing experience. Customers who have it tell us they love it, so we’re always looking for ways to get more people to see and try it,” explained Sophia Ahmad, director of consumer at Sky.
“We’re delighted to be partnering with Currys, the world’s leading electronics retailer, to help bring Sky Glass to even more TV lovers across the country.”
If you've never heard of Sky Glass or aren't familiar with this new technology, there's a lot to like about this device.
Firstly, this TV does not require an antenna or complicated installation, as all content is transmitted to the screen via broadband internet.
You have full access to live and on-demand content, as well as movies, and all the most popular streaming apps are pre-installed.
The display will offer personalized recommendations for each family member, there is a full voice search, and the Playlists feature allows you to save content to watch later.

“Currys is the home of amazing technology and we are delighted to introduce Sky Glass both online and in our stores,” said Ed Connolly, Currys commercial director.
“The customer demand for Sky Glass is clear: it is a unique, all-in-one solution that brings together stunning content, sound and vision, and now our customers can see and experience Sky Glass for themselves at Currys.”
