ALIEN hunters believe they have ‘100 percent proof’ of a UFO on the Moon, and NASA has attempted to cover up extraterrestrial activity, according to a bizarre claim.
The Moon has long been a hotspot for alien hunter, who spend countless hours browsing through NASA images for the elusive proof. Despite numerous missions to our lunar satellite showing absolutely zero evidence of alien activity, conspiracy theorists have remained undeterred.
But one self proclaimed UFO researcher has now claimed to have discovered evidence of aliens.
The ‘proof’ comes in the form of an apparent 100 metre UFO on the Moon, and that NASA is trying to cover it up.
Prominent alien hunter Scott C Waring made the claim, writing on his blog ET Database: “I was searching the LROC Moon map and came across this unique and rare find.
“A structure sits in this crater, but it looks more like a ship. A ship could move from place to place easily, where a building would be more permanent and less useful in other location.
“Not to say there are no buildings on the moon, but there are entire cities, but most have been covered up by NASA photoshop.
“So I search for smaller structures and ships that NASA overlooked. This is what I found today.
“At a mere 100 metres long, its comparable in size to a cruise ship here on Earth.”
However, the ‘spaceship’ in question is more likely to be a meteorite impact.
There are millions of them all over the Moon, because it barely has an atmosphere so even a meteor which is as big as a grain of rice can make a sizeable dent in the surface.
Sceptics and NASA say the structure and other similar findings are just the effects of pareidolia – a psychological phenomenon when the brain tricks the eyes into seeing familiar objects or shapes where they do not exist.
NASA said: “Pareidolia is the psychological phenomenon where people see recognisable shapes in clouds, rock formations, or otherwise unrelated objects or data.
“There are many examples of this phenomenon on Earth and in space.”

Mr Waring has argued that humanity has the strength to deal with such a shocking alien revelation if NASA were to admit it.
He said: “Much like COVID-19 did to the people in each country as it spread, because the public once believed that such a pandemic would be impossible, and yet, the human race has changed their perspective on that very fast.
“That’s how disclosure of intelligent aliens would be, but it would not kill people or frighten them as much.”
