EVIDENCE of alien life on Mars has been identified in newly-released Curiosity Rover photos, a controversial UFO hunter has extraordinarily claimed.
An alien life conspiracy theorist believes he has made history, after spying what he claims is an extraterrestrial fungus on Mars in a new NASA photo. And he also bizarrely believes there is additional evidence of aliens on Mars in other areas of the verified NASA Gigapan photo.
The purported proof comes in the form of a rock on Mars, which very faintly shares similar features to mushrooms.
The thing that made me excited was the white fungus seen growing under the rock
Prominent alien hunter Scott Waring took to his blog ET Database to speculate about his latest bizarre discovery.
He said: “I’m just chilling at my computer and found a few things that seem significant to me and hopefully it will be significant to you too.
“The thing that made me excited was the white fungus seen growing under the rock.

“Its round and tube-like, a plant stemming out to find more space to grow.
Mr Waring also discussed several other so-called alien structures supposedly hidden in the NASA image.
He said: “I found a structure on Mars. There is a window in it, even a doorway if you add much more light, but the door is only about 15 percent visible.
“Near the structure is a face wearing an Aztec animal-like mask.
“I’ve seen this before in faces on Mars, it is nothing new.”
“People say it’s impossible to discover life or evidence of life on other planets, but its what I do on a daily basis.
“Everything seems impossible until you put forth a little effort into it.”
However, Mr Waring failed to provide evidence to support any of his alien life claims.

All of the objects he pointed out in the photo are almost certainly nothing more than Martian rocks viewed through the effects of pareidolia.
This is a psychological phenomenon where the brains trick the eyes into seeing familiar objects or shapes in patterns or textures including, in this instance, a rocky surface.
Space agency NASA said: “Pareidolia is the psychological phenomenon where people see recognisable shapes in clouds, rock formations, or otherwise unrelated objects or data.
“There are many examples of this phenomenon on Earth and in space.”
Mr Waring believes mankind is strong enough to deal with such a shocking alien revelation if NASA were to admit it.
He said earlier this year: “Much like COVID-19 did to the people in each country as it spread, because the public once believed that such a pandemic would be impossible, and yet, the human race has changed their perspective on that very fast.
“That’s how disclosure of intelligent aliens would be, but it would not kill people or frighten them as much.”
