So let's do some calculations, just write down the numbers. Pythagoras, for example, considered numbers to be decisive for a person's fate. And the basis of the world order. So let's check our personal world order. And understand something about ourselves.
One woman experienced insight firsthand. And was able to change her life.
How old are you? How many hours a day do you work? We also count household chores: cleaning, ironing, washing, cooking… How much do you earn? How much do you spend on yourself per day? How much do you spend on others? How much time do you rest? We also count sleep. How much time do you spend learning new things? We include here reading, watching videos, everything that teaches and develops. How much do your coats and bags cost?
And, you know, a lot will become clear.
Let's say you're 50 years old. You work 15 hours a day. You spend one hour walking your dog. And two hours doing activities with your grandchild. You spend 200 hryvnias on yourself. You buy the cheapest. I'm writing about the woman in question.
Your leather bag is worth something — but it’s worth nothing. It’s time to throw it away, just like the worn-out jacket that replaces your coat. Never read books. There’s zero time for that. Well, you spend an hour online, trying to learn something useful or at least get a little distracted. You have three people to support: your elderly parents and a dog.
And at the same time you are helping your nephew. He is not lucky, poor thing. The nephew is 30 years old. He is 185 cm tall, weighs 100 kilograms. The nephew works zero hours. Zero. He sits with a tablet on the couch, plays tanks and drinks foamy drinks.
He spends 24 hours a day on rest. And three hundred hryvnias on his own needs. Because you can't give much, you have to make do with what you have. And you have to pay the loan. But his mother gives him the loan.
Very fascinating calculations.
There is a lot to understand. The woman simply gasped as she wrote the numbers.
And what to do with these numbers when they look at you so directly? You can't just gasp. You can start rewriting your own equations. For example, if the number “for yourself” seems too small, and “for nothing” – too large, this is not a sentence. It is an invitation to action. Add an hour to your favorite thing, subtract it from what exhausts you. Reduce “spending on poor nephews” and increase “investment in yourself”. After all, our life is a constant balance and rebalance of these numbers. And only we decide which number to put where tomorrow.
No need to add, multiply, divide, take square roots, just numbers. How much did you get paid? Zero? How much time did you spend? How many days a year did you spend at the resort? And how much did the person you work for for nothing? How much did your lunch cost? How much did you spend on medicine?
How much is such a simple word.
But our whole life is also numbers. How many days between the date of birth and the date of death – that's the length of our life.
How much good, useful, and joyful was there in your life? And how much did you throw away in this not-so-long period?
This is truly fascinating and useful numerology. No mysticism. Just numbers…
Now, take a pen and paper and honestly write down your own life numbers. Let them be your first step towards a new, conscious equation. Start rewriting it today!
