You’ve got eyes like a hawk if you can spot what’s wrong with this picture in 20 seconds

Only those with amazing eyesight can solve our tricky brainteaser and crack the puzzle.

Brainteasers are a great way to stimulate the mind and push one of the body’s most important organs to its limit. They can come in many different forms. They can be analytical, observational, or mathematical.

This brainteaser from is an example of an observational brainteaser. In the images above you have two images of a man running through a forest.

Your task is to try and spot what’s wrong with the picture in under 20 seconds. According to the people behind the brainteaser it “not only challenges the mind but also celebrates the energy and resolve of this season”.

They added: “This ‘spot the difference’ game is a perfect blend of mental stimulation and a nod to the fitness resolutions many of us are committed to.

“It’s a quick, engaging way to take a break, test your observation skills, and get inspired for a healthy and active year ahead.”

Did you spot the differences? No worries if not, the answers are above. The main differences are the colour of the jogger’s shirt, the rabbit’s tail, the rabbit in the brush, the woodland canopy, and the red mushroom.

Brainteasers like this one are a great way to give the brain some exercise. According to some experts, this could help keep it sharper for longer and potentially reduce your risk of dementia.

This isn’t to say brainteasers will stop someone from getting dementia, but the healthier the mind is the less likely someone is to develop the condition which devastates thousands of lives every year in the UK.

According to experts, there are several risk factors which can increase or decrease someone’s risk of the condition, including what they drink. On Instagram, one neuroscientist warned people should stay away from diet soda and alcohol.

They said: “Most diet soda is sweetened with something called aspartame. Aspartame is not good for your gut bacteria and aspartame is associated with a lot of negative side effects including cancer in animals.

“What’s bad for your gut bacteria is bad for your brain. So you know when you say, ‘Alcohol loosens my tongue.’ It actually does by turning off part of your brain that censors yourself.”
