• More specifics and less fluff.
Don't use fluff to bulk up your text. It's obvious! Focus on the benefits. Pay more attention to facts, specific data, and the way you present the information.
• The text must have a logical structure.
An introduction, a descriptive section that answers the questions posed, and a conclusion—this is a simple outline for building SEO text. Use it in your work.
• You need to know what you are writing about and research the topic beforehand.
When researching a topic, it's best to choose verified, trustworthy sources of information. You should know what you're telling your readers. You should sign off on every word, or not write anything at all.
• Text must be formatted.
To add emphasis, use highlights, lists, and headings that divide the text into semantic parts.
• Don't forget to use keywords.
There are three types of keys:
Precise – the key is written in the form in which it was given in the technical specifications (example: “purchase finishing materials”).
Morphological (diluted) – possible declension, word reversal, addition of prepositions, etc. As a rule, difficult-to-read constructions in the text are replaced with morphological occurrences, which makes the material convenient and easy to read (original key: “Moscow doors buy”, morphological: “buy doors in Moscow”).

• The optimal text volume is from 1800 to 3000 characters without spaces.
This is a rough guideline—the desired length of coverage. You can write more, but the topic and the client's specifications require it.
• Not all punctuation marks can be used in the key.
Periods, question marks, exclamation marks, and ellipses cannot be used within a key. Other characters are allowed.
• It is advisable to use a key in the title.
The title and first paragraph should contain the main keyword. Avoid stuffing a keyword into every subheading. Search engines may consider this spam and ban your site.
• The uniqueness of the text during verification must be at least 95%.
Using non-unique content doesn't produce the desired promotional results. Robots prefer fresh and unique texts that haven't been published anywhere before.
• It is advisable to use subheadings, lists, and highlights.

• Keyword density should be 3-4%.
