Researchers at MIT have created a new vision-based artificial intelligence (AI) system that can learn to control almost any robot on its own, without the need for sensors or prior training.

The system collects information about the architecture of a particular robot using cameras, similar to how humans use their eyes to navigate space.

This allows the AI controller to develop a self-learning model to control any robot, giving machines a human-like sense of physical self-awareness.
