If you're planning on buying a new TV for your living room, Amazon is offering a big discount on Sky's new rival.
Sky's range of TVs continues to be one of the best on the market, but they aren't the cheapest. Sky Q, Sky Stream and the latest Sky Glass TVs will all cost around £30 a month, with most offerings requiring customers to sign up to a long-term contract. If that sounds like a bit too much for your budget, there's another option that's very close to Sky Glass.
Freely was first introduced earlier this year and is integrated into a range of TVs. The service offers live and on-demand content and, like Sky Glass, you don't need an aerial or satellite dish as the content is beamed to the big screen via the internet.
Other features similar to Sky include the ability to pause live TV, as well as access to a full seven-day TV plan and viewing recommendations.
The main difference between Glass and Freely is that you won't have to pay any additional fees once you purchase the TV.
If that sounds appealing, there's more great news. Amazon just announced a major promotion on Hisense TVs, slashing the standard price by nearly 50%.
This means you can pick up one of these screens for just £229. In addition to Freely, these TVs also give you instant access to apps like Netflix, Disney+ and Apple TV+.
It also supports Apple AirPlay, gaming modes, and all are compatible with 4K UHD resolution for incredible picture clarity.

Of course, if you need to use Sky, then Glass is probably the better option. These smart TVs can be had for as little as £14 a month, although the cost will increase as you add more channels and content.
