Adorable dog with three legs breaks hearts as ‘no one wants her’

Three-legged dog Frida is searching for a new home after spending three and a half years in a rescue centre – but nobody wants to give her a chance.

A desperate plea has been issued for an ‘unwanted’ dog who has spent three and a half years searching for a new home.

Little Frida was taken in by Miracle’s Mission in summer 2021 – but has not received a single rehoming application throughout her stay. The team have been desperately trying to match the three-legged dog with a new owner through social media appeals – but has had no luck.

But staff members refuse to give up on the crossbreed and have taken to Facebook once again to share her story to potential owners. Their post reads: “Frida has been on our adoption list for 3.5 years!

“We have not had a single message about her. She suffered a road accident and was left with a spinal injury. She is tri-pawed and also had her tail amputated. She is incontinent and will need bladder expression.”

Frida, who is currently in a rescue centre in Bosnia but is ready to travel to the UK, has been described as a “sweet girl who loves people.”

The post adds: “She is dog and cat friendly. Frida makes friends with everyone she meets and her rescuers say that she is the most wonderful and easy dog to have around.”

She is searching for an understanding home who can meet her needs and are “happy to adopt a dog that is incontinent”. Commenting on their post, one user said: “I pray she will find a wonderful owner and home. Bless her.” Another user added: “Good luck girly in finding your forever people.” One more user said: “Fabulous Frida! Please care, share, tweet, donate, foster or adopt her and she will make your house a home. Rescues step up also to help. Her precious life matters, Thank You.”

Another user added: ” Oh sweetheart, what a lot to go through. May she find the most perfect forever home.” A final user said: ” Beautiful. She needs lots of hugging and spoiling.”
