A former Nashville cop who was caught on video groping an OnlyFans star's breasts last year has been sentenced, and the star has spoken out about the case, which has been mired in the court system for more than a year.
Sean Herman, 35, entered a plea of guilty to “best practice” in Nashville Criminal Court on Thursday to a felony charge of official misconduct that resulted in one year of supervised probation, according to the Associated Press. A second charge was dismissed.
Herman was fired from the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department (MNPD) in May 2024, the day after detectives learned of the X-rated video, according to a department press release. MNPD declined to comment on the sentencing to Fox News Digital.
“I actually wrapped my Porsche GT3 in a ‘flashing light’ to express my displeasure with their handling of the case,” a woman known as Jordyn told Fox News Digital, noting that prosecutors “have delayed the investigation four times because they couldn’t find anything in the case file to support their claim that Sean was doing this for ‘monetary gain.’”

The footage shows Herman “stopping” Jordyn, supposedly to check for traffic violations, after which Jordyn bares her breasts and invites him to touch them.
Jordyn then grabbed the officer by the groin over his pants.

Although the officer's face is not visible in the video, a Metro Nashville Police Department patch can be seen on the officer's shoulder, according to News Channel 5.
“This was one of the most outrageous and disrespectful things that a person could do here, and by disrespectful I mean all of the actions of the Minnesota police officers and the entire agency,” police spokesman Don Aaron told the station.

Herman's plea means he does not contest the charges, making him essentially innocent. He was granted a judicial review, meaning he can have the case dismissed and move to have the charges dismissed after successfully completing probation under conditions set by the judge.
